I’m just your average webcomic artist, currently working on What’s His Deal? – a high school coming-of-age story about seducing the Mothman, and Gold And Rubies – a desi romance fantasy isekai about seducing the demon king villain of a dating sim.
As an ex-otome game aficionado and current romance isekai expert, I just had to unleash my vision onto the world – the story of a faceless extra and her villain! I also happen to be a big fan of all things Indian, and the lack of cool South Asian-inspired historical settings was something I just had to fix~ And that’s how Gold And Rubies came to be! In all earnest, G&R is a patchwork of all the things I love and some of the things I hate, and while I didn’t have the time nor skill to do it justice before, I think with this version, I can safely say I do now.
